A very nice decorative roofpeak inspired from the ancient Greek military tradition and weapons. It has been named after Leonidas ('son of the Lion') the Brave, king of Sparta, leader of the Greek army at the battle of the Thermopylae, against the Persian Empire.

This decorative part is produced in aluminium in our foundry in Belgium, using the traditional sand-casting technique. Cast aluminium is preferable to cast iron for this kind of product because of its lightness and because it is absolutely stainless.
